Japan 2006

On April 13, 2006 Edmun Laurea, President of Opak Racing took us to Japan.  We returned April 20, 2006.  Joining the expedition was David Vodden, CEO of Thunderhill Raceway and his wife Terry; Jerry Kunzman, CEO of the National Auto Sport Assn; and English Teacher, Theresa Elliott.  We met up with Tatsuru Ichishima (Ichi-san), President of Spoon Sports, and his wife Emi-san in Tokyo.

Japan is a wonderful place.  But, what makes it really special is the people and the culture. 

 

I want to thank Edmun for making the arrangements and putting up with us.  Also, my sincere and heartfelt thanks to Ichi-san and Emi-san for taking a number of days out of their lives to spend with us and for their generosity and attention.
