Robert Kinley was the youngest Chief of Communication known to date at only 18 years of age.  He has a BA from UC Berkeley and owns his own computer networking and consulting business.  He thrives for a challenge, and running NASA Control can really put his skills to the test.

Jerry Kunzman founded NASA in 1991 and is currently the CEO for the national organization.  He is also the Nor Cal Regional Director.  He currently works as the Operating Steward during events because he feels that it's one of the more rewarding positions.

Theresa Elliott is a a high school teacher during the week.  She's used to being pretty heavily armed since she has to deal with unruly students.  The racers better not get out of line with her, because... well...  let's just say she won't be taking them to the principal's office!
