This is one of the best sites I have ever seen and is probably my favorite of all! The site was built by Elena in the Ukraine. She documents trips through the Chernobyl and Kiev areas. Great history and fascinating information. Nothing I can say will do justice to this site. The only way to get the full meaning of this is to read through it all and take an hour of your life and soak it in. It's worth every second! Also note that this is strictly a non-commercial site. She finally put up Paypal for small donations after I (and maybe others) encouraged her. She was at one time averaging over 100 hits per second (I measured it!)!

It's an EXE file, so your virus software may go nuts, but it's perfectly safe. Once downloaded, just click on it to open it. It's the most extensive unit conversion program I have found.
